Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SolverCF ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at solvercf.com, our API services, and our browser extension (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Password (stored in hashed form — we never store plain-text passwords)
- Account settings and preferences
1.2 Payment Information
When you purchase credits, we keep records of your transactions (amount, date, and payment method reference). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card numbers or wallet private keys on our servers.
1.3 Usage Data
To operate and secure the Services, we automatically collect:
- API request metadata (task type, timestamps, success/failure status)
- IP address and user-agent, used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention
- Credit balance and usage history shown in your dashboard
2. Browser Extension
The SolverCF browser extension helps you solve captcha challenges (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) on pages you visit. We designed it to collect as little data as possible:
- API key: your SolverCF API key is stored locally in your browser's extension storage. It is sent only to SolverCF servers to authenticate your requests.
- Challenge data: when a captcha challenge is detected, the extension sends only the data required to solve it to SolverCF servers: the URL of the page containing the challenge, the challenge sitekey, your browser's user-agent string, and the challenge parameters present on the page (such as the challenge action and page data). This data is used solely to produce the solution token and is not used for any other purpose.
The extension does not:
- Collect or transmit your browsing history
- Read page content unrelated to captcha challenges
- Collect personal information, keystrokes, or form data
- Sell or share any data with advertisers or data brokers
- Track you across websites
Use and transfer of information received through the extension is limited to providing and improving the captcha-solving feature described above. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as required to operate the Services or comply with the law.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
- Authenticate your account and API requests
- Process payments and maintain your credit balance
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Respond to support requests
- Improve reliability and performance of the Services
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Payment processors — to complete your purchases
- Infrastructure providers — hosting and networking vendors that run our Services
- Legal authorities — when required by applicable law or valid legal process
5. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Task and usage logs are retained for a limited period for billing, debugging, and abuse prevention, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
All traffic to the Services is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and browser storage strictly for authentication (keeping you signed in) and essential site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
