Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by SolverCF ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website at solvercf.com, our API, and our browser extension (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of the Service

SolverCF provides an automated captcha-solving service, including an HTTP API and a browser extension, that returns solution tokens for supported challenge types (such as Cloudflare Turnstile). The Services are provided on a prepaid, credit-based model.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API key.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free-trial accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction
  • Engage in fraud, spam, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
  • Attack, overload, or disrupt the Services or any third-party service
  • Resell the Services in a way that conceals the end user's identity to evade abuse controls

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services — including automation of third-party websites — complies with applicable laws and the terms of the websites you interact with. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

  • The Services operate on prepaid credits. Pricing per task type is shown on the Pricing page.
  • Credits are deducted only for successfully completed tasks, unless otherwise stated.
  • Purchased credits are non-transferable.
  • Refunds are handled case by case. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion; credits already consumed by completed tasks are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing at any time; changes apply to future purchases only.

5. API and Extension Usage

  • Your API key is personal to your account. Do not publish or share it.
  • We may apply rate limits, concurrency limits, or technical restrictions to protect the platform.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the API or extension with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and content (excluding your data), are owned by SolverCF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular success rate will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolverCF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolverCF from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–9) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
